These Clients Turned Thier $20k, $50k &100k Investments Into Millions of Dollars With These Software Businesses

Dear Friend,

The following is for anyone who has ever wanted to build software or a mobile app.

If you don’t read this I can almost guarantee you’ll turn your dollars into pennies.

Most will turn dollars into pennies and have nothing.

Stop me if you’ve heard this story before…

  • You got an idea
  • you dreamt about it
  • you hired a developer or a team
  • you sent money

And then the project went absolutely sideways with

  • missed deadlines
  • poor communication
  • and excuse after excuse

Sound familiar?

Well, here’s the instant reply and why it happens to almost everyone.

To start, you probably posted a project on a development board like upwork, freelancer, fiverr, etc

You found a few developers who looked like they’d be a good fit..

  • Their portfolio was impressive
  • They listed all of their skills
  • They had years and years of experience
  • Reviews were good and previous clients were happy with their work.

RED FLAG #1

reached out and had a few conversations (maybe even a zoom or skype call)

they seemed to “get it” as you explained your grand idea
…You went ahead and hired them.

Then,

  • the questions started (and never ended)
  • you’d get messages at all hours of the day
  • they were asking technical questions you had no idea how to answer

After a few weeks of this you felt like it would be easier to just learn how to write the code yourself.

And then you finally figured it out…

They didn’t have the skills they said they did.

It has happened to everyone (including me).

The only difference is I figured this out 17 years ago.

I want to let you know that it’s not your fault because…

Developers lie about their skills.

EVERY ONE OF THEM.

RED FLAG #2

and there is no avoiding it.

If you’re like most people..

You were looking at hourly rate… which has absolutely nothing to do with skills.

I’ve had entry level developers at $5.00 per hour do some small tasks and then 2 months later they’re charging $35 per hour.

You read their reviews…

Reviews are helpful but you probably didn’t look at their project size. Do they have 5 stars from a bunch of $100 projects?

You looked at their previous projects…

Most developers work for agencies so they’ll list the agency project as theirs when truth be told they probably were a very small piece of the actual project …but it sure looks good on their profile page.

They have a lot of private earnings… This is their way of hiding small projects so you really don’t know if they worked for 4 hours or 400 hours (sneaky I know and the platforms allow this to happen because they get 20%)

The light bulb is probably going off right now and you’re thinking to yourself…

Ok, so how do I avoid this next time?

  • Simple.
  • Keep reading as now I’m about to take you on a journey deep into the underbelly of software development.
  • What you’re about to learn is the “dirty little secret” no one will ever tell you.

RED FLAG #3

*there Are Only 2 Types of Developers*

Builders and Editors.

Builders are the people who can write code from scratch.

These are the smart ones.

There are very few of them (like 4 or 5 out of 100) and most of them work for google, facebook and very large companies.

Of those builders you have 2 unique sub-categories.

I’ll use a construction analogy so it will make more sense…

*Back-End Builders

These are the guys leveling the dirt, pouring the basement and doing the "set-up". In the coding world these are the guys who are creating the databases, API's and code structure.

*Front-End Builders

these are the guys who frame the house, put in plumbing, electrical and drywall. These coders are integrating the designs and connecting the "app or website" to the database.

RED FLAG #4

here's the First Lie You'll Hear...

I’m a Full Stack developer?

They are saying they are both a front and back end developer.

They can do it all!

  • They'll list an entire page full of their skill sets... of which they likely copy and pasted from someone else.
  • They'll show you previous projects they have worked on... which there's no way for you to verify if they did.
  • and they'll trick you into thinking they have skills to build your dream by saying yes to anything you ask.

Believe me when I tell you.

They're all lying.

In fact, most of the profiles are fraud.

their pictures | their locations | their repositories

EVERYTHING.

It's so bad that every freelancing platform has teams of people trying to combat these fake profiles.

Take a look at any profile on any platform and you'll see a link...

REPORT THIS PROFILE

Now do you think they'd have this right on the profile page if there wasn't a huge problem?

No they wouldn't.

and here's the biggest clue you can look for.

When they say, "I have worked on..."

Run away like Usain Bolt.

Because if they really are a full stack developer they would have said…

"I built"

Small difference in language, big difference in skills.

And this is just one small clue which shows the majority of these developers don't have the skills required to build your project.

"I built"

Small difference in language, big difference in skills.

And this is just one small clue which shows the majority of these developers don't have the skills required to build your project.

RED FLAG #5

*why Do They Lie?*

Simple.

It's really hard for them to get a new client.

And they'll say anything…

  • to get you on a call
  • to keep the conversation going
  • to win your project

Once you sign up with them they’ll go out and find “junior developers” to do the parts they can’t.

Which means you were tricked...

Again.

There's many more red flags to look for which I’ll explain in a second...

But first I want to let you know.

In my 17 years of doing this I estimate there’s probably only a few thousand developers on the planet who are truly ”full stack”...

...and even then, they will choose either front end or back end work.

Sure, some of these developers might have been introduced to both back and front end code, libraries, frameworks but…

When they tell you they are "full stack" what that really means (97% of the time) is...

You're being lied to.

RED FLAG #6

*the Second Type of Developer is*

THE EDITOR

Editors are those who can only make edits and minor improvements to existing code.

They can’t write code from scratch.

…and they represent about 92% of all developers out there.

Are you starting to see why you’ve been having challenges hiring developers?

Sure, you can get them at cheap hourly rates but they’ll never finish and it will never be what you wanted.

If you end up with this type of developer they’ll spend all day on coder sites like stack overflow looking for code on how to build the feature you want.

Their low rate is designed to entice you to go with them but in reality…

“You’re paying them to learn”...

Until you hire a developer you truly have no idea which one you’re getting.

BUILDER OR EDITOR.

There’s clues about their skill sets but unless you’re a full time detective you’ll probably miss the important stuff.

Sure, you can go through multiple interviews, code tests and all that fun stuff (not really) but unless you have a big budget and at least a few weeks to waste trying to find a few developers it’s a very expensive proposition.

RED FLAG #7

YOUR DEVELOPMENT PRAYERS HAVE BEEN ANSWERED*

I have solved the problem you’re facing.

In fact, all of this is because of my own personal struggles being in the same place as you are right now.

…and if there is one lesson I’ve learned over all of these years is this..

Developers get bored.

  • They want to do task based work.
  • They want to write the code, get paid & move on.

Knowing this I developed a unique, proprietary platform (which is my platform to build platforms) and it's called...

*MISSION CONTROL*

It's like nothing you've ever heard of before and is revolutionizing how software gets built.

There's 3 components which make everything we do possible...

  • The Library of Code with the actual code, video and written documentation for every feature we’ve ever built, all organized and tagged.
  • Every developer who has worked for me with internal ratings, hours, notes and earnings for that specific feature.
  • “The Puzzle” which creates a project development board in real time and shows us which features need to be completed first, if any dependencies exist and a pretty close estimation on how much and how long it will take to complete.

Mission Control was developed out of my own experiences and frustrations.

very similar to what you’re probably going through right now.

Let me explain in greater detail how it works.

#1 the Library of Code

Millions of lines of code, hundreds of modules, scripts, snippets, API's and integrations developed over the past 17 years... all ready to go!

These are all of the code bases, modules and scripts which we’ve developed over the past 17 years.

It allows us to quickly find and deploy the exact feature we need for your project.

In fact, here’s a few hundred of the modules, code and scripts we have.

#2 STABLE OF DEVELOPERS

Now sure, the code is great to have but that’s not the most important thing it’s...

The Developers

I have a stable of over 350 developers who I’ve personally worked with over the years (they are the original Builders and Editors of the Library of Code).

Now, I don’t want you to think I have this big company and there’s a million people.

We’re not.

We’re a small operation…

A few project managers, few lead developers, few administrators.

I like to think of us as the Navy Seals of the Development world.

Get in, Get the job done, Go home.

The rest of our team is pulled on-demand for the exact feature or module your project will need.

Which means the guy or gal who originally wrote the code is the one who’s adding it and making it work on your project.

#3 THE PUZZLE

Once you submit your ideas and vision we plug all of the modules you’ll need into The PUZZLE which tells us with precise certainty using AI...

  • How long your project will take to build
  • How much it cost to build
  • Which developers we’ll need to spin up.

All of this makes it pretty simple for us to build your project using trusted developers and mature code.

So why you’re trying explain to your your developers what the feature should do, sending them examples of websites, stackoverflow links and dribbble screenshots.

I only have to click a button.

In fact, my only decision is…

Which developer I want to assign the task to.

Are you starting to see how I can build more efficiently and affordably than just about anyone else?

*on Average We Can Usually Shave Off 5 Weeks of Time and Complete Your Project for 30% Less Than Any Other Development Company in the World*

In fact, here’s a list of some of the projects we’ve done recently

Crm

Platform

Private company wanted a full blown CRM because they were tired of paying for Salesforce, couldn't get Keap or Pipedrive to work without a bunch of plugins and extensive development. Data security was a major factor in their build and their overall cost savings was around 50K per year while improving user adoption.

VIDEO TESTIMONIALS

Home Improvement franchise wanted a simple, automated way to capture video reviews from their happy clients and then be able to automatically add these video's to their social pages, websites and landing pages. After launch franchise decided to add SaaS functionality and created an additional revenue stream

INSTANT B2B LEADS

SEO Company wanted to be able to generate a list of businesses in any city in the world by category so they would always have a prospect list. We built a platform which generates a business list of their top prospects in real time and complete with website, social media profiles and phone number.

COACHES & CONSULTANTS

A high level coach reached out to us as she wanted to build a custom portal where she could quickly upload video's and create pages for her content. We also add the ability for her to communicate via SMS or video chat (1-to-1) or (1-many) for her personal sessions or group webinars. Exponential growth was achieved through the simple referral module which rewarded her current clients for sharing.

CREATOR PLATFORM

A large company with a community of clients wanted to be able to make it easy for their clients to be able to monetize their skills. We built a creator platform which allows users to create profiles, add products, pricing, chat and much, much more. Their community is now thriving and growing exponentially as the visitors now have a path which goes from learning to earning.

AUTOMATED VIDEO GIFTS

Entreprenuer wanted to create a platform which allowed people to upload videos for special events (birthdays, graduations, etc) and then stitch all of the video's together to create the perfect "video gift". From automated request campaigns to video editing and more this platform has taken off by catering to clients who want that "one of a kind" gift for that hard to buy for person.

EMPLOYEE REWARDS

Private tech company needed a very specific flow and all of the other PM tools were way too much so we built them a custom tool which allows them to do and see exactly what they need. User adoption and efficiency was greatly improved while streamlining their internal processes.

LOCAL DEALS MOBILE APP

A small town advertising company wanted to create an app where local businesses could upload their deals and coupons so people would have a simple way to access them instead of having to look through val-paks, classified ads in the newspaper or hopefully seeing the deal on TV or hear it on the radio. This app became the go to resource for the best deals in town.

REFERRAL MARKETING

A large auto group wanted to build a referral platform which actually would generate leads. We built a process and platform which was automated and needed only a few hours a month to run. Referrals poured in and now they are one of their top sources of leads. They are now selling this platform to other dealers.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Private tech company needed a very specific flow and all of the other PM tools were way too much so we built them a custom tool which allows them to do and see exactly what they need. User adoption and efficiency was greatly improved while streamlining their internal processes.

SUPPORT & HELP DESK

This company reached out as they needed a support desk for their clients and didn't wanted more control over their data. We built simple email and ticketing platform which would manage tickets by status or pipeline and we also integrated it with their CRM so it was a seamless add-on

BUSINESS LIST DATA BROKER

Entreprenuer wanted to start a company which sells B2B data and leads so with my experience in this industry we built him the best platform out there, showed him how and were to compile the lists and who the main buyers would be. This was a development and consulting project.

CLOUD SECURE FILE SHARING

Entreprenuer had a huge audience for secure file sharing of sensitive data. We built a SaaS based web and mobile app platform so users can upload, share and comment on files and information. Very specific and detailed architecture (higher than top secret) was deployed to secure, insulate and back up the platform.

SURVEYS & FEEDBACK

Owner of a high ticket business wanted a simple way to reach out to his missed opportunities outside of his CRM and have a real, honest conversation with them... at scale and without giving out his personal phone number. We created a one-to-one and one-to many platform using SMS and voice to get the truth.

SOFTWARE RESELLER

Software development company was running hot and didn't have time to build out the infrastructure so they reached out and our DEV-OPS team created a one-of-kind platform so they could white-label and resell their software with 15 minute deployments to a domain name. It also had recurring revenue hosting portal too.

WEBSITE DUPLICATOR

Paid Ads company needed to be able to build out similar content web pages so they could drive keyword specific traffic to these websites. We built an 1100 domain platform which used tags, replacers, rotation and SEO features to not only have unique content but also get these site ranked.

ONLINE RESUME BUILDER

Recruitment company wanted to build automated resume builder as their lead magnet so they could offer their additional services and products. We built them a unique platform where a person could upload or create resume, landing page and much more. OCR was used to scan and identify and ML for improvements.

ON DEMAND VIDEO CHAT

Investment group saw an opportunity in a very segmented and growing audience for a on-demand video chat. We build a web and mobile app which would allow the visitor to connect with the right person based on number of qualifying factors. They have since moved into other verticals and markets.

AUTOMOTIVE FINANCE

Auto group wanted to make it easy for clients to send in additional paperwork and documents for lender approval. Built a web app using SMS and email to expedited the docs, communication and overall process flow. Built in 2011 it's still being used by dealers all over.

CONFIDENTIAL PLATFORM

Would love to tell you about this project but due to NDA's I can't.

*are You Ready to End Your Development Frustrations?*

As you can see the time and investments are very affordable compared to what they would have cost with any other development team.

Fill out this form and tell me a little bit about what you’re looking to build.

You don't have to be super detailed just a general idea of what you want to build.

...I'll understand what you're trying to accomplish.

If I’m interested I’ll reach out and we can schedule a call to discuss in more detail.

If I’m not interested (as I have to be picky on the projects we take on) I’ll let you know that too...

...however, I’ll also recommend a few people who I think might be a good fit for your project

So either way you’ll win.

My guys doing your project or someone who I know which can.

What language is your code written in?

The best way to know for sure if it's something we can do or not is to submit your idea and let us take a look. We've built some pretty complex platforms (which were more like solving a math problem than coding) and there's not much we haven't seen.
