Here's Why I'm Selling

Had my team build this quick site so you'd have all of the information, video's, revenues and a full walkthrough of everything you'll be getting if you're the lucky owner.

The most important question I'm sure you have is why would I sell this valuable of an asset and business?

...here's why.

I've recently made a ton of money (like a stupid amount) on a different venture and now it's time to pay the tax bill.

Which leaves me with 2 choices:

I can either send a truckload of money to the IRS and keep the platforms...

-or- 

I can sell them (for pretty much nothing), show a development loss and not have to send an obscene amount of money to our wonderful govt.

In talking with my team we've decided the capital I'll get to keep and deploy somewhere else outweighs the opportunity cost in keeping the platforms.

I was told the selling price has to be believable (meaning I can't sell it for $1) and this price is as low as our attorney and CPA said it can be without throwing off red flags.
